Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Eligibility

• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• Return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase required
• Defective or damaged items are eligible for a full refund or replacement regardless of the return window

Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked as final sale
• Items that have been used, washed, or altered

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@shophaulo.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Received a defective or damaged item? We'll send a replacement at no charge. Contact us at support@shophaulo.com.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case Haulo covers return shipping.
